SHIPPING & RETURNS
We deliver across Pakistan and want every piece to fit the way it should. Here is how delivery and exchanges work.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched by courier and arrive within 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
The courier fee is collected together with your payment on delivery.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Please have the order amount ready when the courier arrives.
Exchanges
You may exchange an article within 7 days of delivery — for a different size, or if the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible, the article must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. We do not offer cash refunds.
How to register an exchange
Reach us through the contact form within 7 days of receiving your order, with your name, order details and the reason for the exchange. We will arrange the rest with you directly.
Items we cannot exchange
Articles that have been worn, washed or altered, and articles returned without their original tags, cannot be exchanged. This does not affect exchanges for manufacturing faults.
