How do I place an order?
Choose your article and size, add it to your cart and complete the checkout with your delivery details. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. The courier fee is collected together with your payment on delivery.
How can I track my order?
Reach us through the contact form with your name and order details and we will send you the latest status right away.
Can I exchange an article?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, for a different size or in case of a fault, provided the article is unworn with its tags attached. We do not offer cash refunds. See the full policy on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I find my size?
Our size guide lists flat garment measurements for every size. If you are between sizes or unsure, send us a message — we are happy to advise.
How should I care for my garments?
Lawn rewards gentle care: cold hand wash, shade drying and a cool iron on the reverse. Embellished pieces should be dry cleaned. The full guidance is in our care guide.
